Sa Platja Gran

Access to Beach

This tiny sandy beach is 30 meters long  by 35 meters wide, Cala des Degollador, also known as Sa Platja Gran, is one of Ciutadella‘s urban beaches and is situated just 10 minutes away from the Plaza del Borne, between Port de Ciutadella and Punta des Gegant, just opposite Ciutadella’s open-air swimming pool on the other side of a bridge. The inlet is 500 meters deep, but very narrow. The beach is sandy and the sea is usually calm here.  The local regulations do not allow pets on beaches!
